Less serious note: If I've never seen or heard of this person before, how do I know it's them? Hee-hee!
More serious note: I don't believe it's up to me to change their life forever, but God. That sounds like a cop-out, but our job as Christians is to present Jesus and His message to all the world and nations, and then leave the changing up to Him.
I can't make someone fall on their knees and beg to repent, only God can. I try to answer the person's questions, but I think that it is ultimately up to God whether the person is changed or not.
I haven't been here in a long time Ian! Anyways, for your question, I agree with Araken: I could present the basic gospel to someone in a minute, but in the end, it's the Holy Spirit's prompting and their personal choice.
I would definitely do everything I could do as me to help them by reminding them how much God loves them, but in the end it is ultimately their choice. No matter how much I'd love to make the choice for people, all I can do is be there for them. So my answer would have to be it's up to God.

So I guess my answer would be; I have no idea.
Well, not a lot of people can forget me..I make a HUGE impact on people so much that they always remember me (and how to spell my name)
My youth leader: "Judy, who?"
Is this one of those questions you ask but don't expect an answer? Or do you seriously want us to answer it????
When have I asked a question that I didn't want you to answer?
This was just a thought that came to mind a while ago.
I think it's an impossible question to answer until you're there...Otherwise, how can one know?
And if everyone could view my latest post, "Her Song," it's one of my favourite songs...and, well...you'll understand the rest when you see it.

Hmmm. It seems that you're all interpreting the question.
Please, tell me, exactly WHERE did I say that it had to be a good or bad change, or that I was talking about bringing them to Christ? :P
Just an interesting thing I happened to notice. :)

You're right. I could pull out a cocked gun and pull the trigger on sight -- that wouldn't take too long to change their life...

I saw your comment and replied! =)
That's not quite what I meant...<_< :P

"When have I asked a question that I didn't want you to answer?"
There's number one.
"Please, tell me, exactly WHERE did I say that it had to be a good or bad change, or that I was talking about bringing them to Christ?"
There's number two.
